“Cece is a hair magician! I've been going to her for years and I'm always thrilled with her color and cut. This time I had waited so long between visits that I came in with a dry, faded mop of hair. She transformed my hair and I left the salon with a shiny, beautifully colored fabulous cut. My husband said it was the best cut ever.
