I had been trying to stretch and soothe myself after not having my normal range of motion that was being affected by stress. The mind and body are connected and with TWLA i was able to ease both, and in two sessions , one with Casey and one with Michael, and now I am so close to feeling myself again. Understanding how the body affects and reacts to what we do with it reflects in our bodies, and TWLA is where my body and mind were able to get the attention it needed to move forward. I am so glad I found this gem of a place and I'll be going regularly.

Anna Marie is amazing! I highly recommend the Crystal Healing Massage--i felt so much more relaxed and connected with myself after the session. The shop is very inviting and everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There's ample street parking around the corner and I think the prices are very reasonable. I'm very much looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!
