The office staff were friendly, informative and responsive. I called manager Fidel, and he answered my questions.Tony came this morning. He was polite, professional, and helpful. He communicated with me, so I knew exactly when to return. Tony documented his findings and recommendations. The price was so reasonable, I thought it was a mistake! It was not, which made me happy.I recommend this company, as they did a great job.

Fenn is fantastic! When I first met their representative, Michael, I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable on how best to eliminate the pests in homes. When I first met with him, he had a wealth of knowledge and diagnosed treatment very quickly. Upon receiving the full treatments that Michael prescribed, the pests in my unit were magically eliminated and gone. It is such a relief to live in a home that is pest free. I highly recommend Fenn for all your Pest Control needs. And beyond Michael, the Fenn office staff are highly capable, courteous and kind, especially Fabiola who I spoke with several times during treatment. She is wonderful!

It's a family run business so you don't feel like a nameless person waiting for service, they ask your needs and customize to you. Wait times for phone calls were short, service was expedited to next day, technicians are technicians only, they do not try to upsell you every chance they get and the prices are much better than competitors. Antonio came by the house to remove some Mud Dauber nests and he not only did a good job but seemed genuinely concerned and wanting to help. 5 star service all around would recommend to anyone in the Mar Vista area
