I had a wonderful experience with Zoe S. for PF PT. Each of our sessions were tailored to fit my needs and my progress. It’s night and day how much better and stronger I feel from when I first started here. I couldn’t have imagined my post partum experience without PHRC. Sabrina was also very welcoming and helpful with scheduling around my complicated schedule as a new mom.

I’m so grateful for the experience working with Zoe and PHRC! Zoe is a genuine professional who understands the mind-body connection and the various factors that could drive these issues. I knew I was in good hands from session one, and I just continued to see tremendous improvement as the weeks went on. It’s easy to get cynical about one’s own improvement if they’ve been suffering for a long time, so I am just over the moon to have worked with Zoe and PHRC since they’ve shown me real, tangible proof that things can, and will, be better. It’s as powerful a feeling as any. Thank you guys so much.

I cannot recommend Zoe Saunders more. I had some trepidation about going and she made the experience easy and extremely valuable. She explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel partnership with her and her goals for me. When she told me I didn’t need to come back I felt she had given me my life back and, at the same time I was a little sad. She is fantastic.
