I love this place, it's close enough to my home where I can bike here. All of their instructors are very professional and passionate about their practice and you can feel the energy!Parking is a bit tough, but don't let that deter you away from coming. If you are local, I'd recommend walking or biking here!

Best yoga studio I’ve found in 10 years of searching in LA!! The Iyengar classes are absolutely amazing, and if you’ve been doing a bunch of Vinyasa classes without ever trying Iyengar/Hatha then do yourself a favor and try it. You don’t really know the poses until you’ve studied them in depth with an Iyengar instructor, and many of Red Diamond’s instructors studied with Iyengar himself. I LOVE Michal’s class but Scott and Jasmin are also amazing. Looking for pregnancy/prenatal yoga? Constance’s classes are a MUST.

I have been going to RDY for the last 2 months and have been loving my practices there! There’s a lovely range of classes to take so I’m still finding new classes and teachers to try! I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for 10 years or so, but I find myself learning new poses and skills at RDY. The yin classes are my favorite. They are super relaxing, deep stretch classes but the instructor still manages to include a good quantity of poses.Overall, highly recommend this studio and community :)
