Powerhouse Pilates is an absolute treasure of a studio! The trainers are top notch and very personal, I mean extra good ! I started pilates to help heal some injuries a few years ago and I stayed because of the quality of the training. It has made me physically and mentally stronger! I look forward to going every week. The space super clean and bright and parking is free too. I would give it 100 stars.

After a few months of hip pain, I discovered I had a torn labrum. As I was hopeful I could avoid surgery of any kind, I added pilates to the PT I was already doing. Working alone with Roxanne has been wonderful. My core is strengthening and my balance is improving. I carry myself differently and the hip pain practically vanishes when I make my pilates adjustments in my body. The studio is serene, as is Roxanne as she leads me through a work-out. I'm amazed by what she notices and adjusts. And though the adjustments seem small, I can always feel the improvement. I recommend Roxanne and Powerhouse Pilates without reservation!

I highly recommend Roxanne Saldana and her Powerhouse Pilates Studio.I have been taking Pilates instruction from Roxanne at her Powerhouse Pilates Studio for quite awhile and I think Roxanne is a terrific, thoroughly knowledgeable, well trained, and an extremely focused, supportive instructor. She explains how each of the exercises relate to building the core muscles throughout the workout and continually helps you maintain the correct body position in each exercise.Her Powerhouse Pilates Studio is very well equipped with 2 Reformers and 2 “Cadillac”stations and a variety of other Pilates apparatus that easily accommodate multiple instructors at a time.
