“I've been wearing glasses since I was a child. To me, IQ Optical is one of the best places. I discovered them a year ago, and so far, I've had two vision exams there, and I purchased four glasses which I like very much. They offer excellent service, good prices, and decent frames. What I find striking is their attitudes and the way the procedures are carried out. They work in an unhurried manner but they won't waste a minute of your time or theirs. When they are with you, they are a hundred per cent with you, no distractions. Usually, I feel nervous during vision exams, but not with them. The first time I was examined by Jennifer Bui, DO, and then by a new optometrist whose name I don't know. In both cases Linda assisted them. I admired their perfect teamwork. They examined me very carefully; the instructions and the questions were clear. They explained what was better for me, and they listened They were patient, attentive, and supportive. It was such a pleasure to be helped by competent and dedicated people. Linda also helped me choose the frames. She is such a sweet person. My glasses were ready in a day or two after the vision exams. Based on my experience with I Q, I am now their loyal customer, and I will strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a new prescription and new glasses.“

“I broke my back up surgitel loupes and eventually decided I should probably get them fixed. I came to SureOptix after googling “dental loupe repair in Los Angeles” and this was the first business that popped up. I am extremely glad I came here. Mike is such a nice and caring guy, he helped me with the repair and gave me great advice on how to take care of my loupes. While I was waiting I noticed he also sells loupes, I wasn’t really in the market for new ones but I tried the ones he had, and I can say they were at least 10 times more clear than the surgitel Loupes I have and a fraction of the price. I’m a bit annoyed I bought surgitel and Oroscoptic loupes when his are half the price and much better quality. I’m really debating to buy new ones after seeing how high quality his are, even though I have 2 already. His wireless headlights are pretty cool also, they’re magnetic. Thank you Mike!“

“Don't walk run!!! I cannot recommend Eye Love Optical enough. Value, customer service and urgency is above all. I had a pair of designer glasses that more than a handful of repair shops turned down. Owner stared at it for 30 seconds, went to the back & came back with a nearly brand new pair of glasses. Owner & his associate were extremely kind, accommodating and very patient. I ordered a pair of custom colored lenses on a pair of designer sunglasses and they returned it in an even better condition than they were dropped off. I was carless at the time and they arranged a delivery.
