Joseline was fantastic! She was very sweet during drop off and pickup and just had a great energy. My dog usually gets anxious while being groomed, but Joseline was able to work with her patiently and with no issues. And she turned out looking great! I also appreciate the reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Excellent service!
Outstanding service from start to finish! The new owner, Joseline, was professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. My chihuahuas coats have never looked better, and I really appreciated how she listened to my requests and handled all 3 of my pups with care. Joseline even went above and beyond to inform me about a potential cherry eye forming on one of my pups! This is hands-down the best grooming experience we’ve received. I definitely recommend this grooming salon!
I have a senior dog that requires many rest and patience to groom. Because of that I don’t trust many people to groom Bailey. But Joseline has so much patience and love for animals. Not only she is amazing with dogs but I love how she leaves Bailey. She comes out smelling delicious. And I love that she gives her a lion’s haircut. She’s the only one I trust to give her that haircut.
