Where do I start?! I had a HUGE RAT run in my home from the front door and barricaded itself in our room. Called by 11 AM and Carlos was there within an hour. He laid traps and it was caught a couple of hours later. I called him back and he came back to my home to rid of the yucky rat!! There's no way I would of had a good nights sleep with that thing in my home. Already referred this company to ppl who may need an exterminator. They did a great job.
