My massage therapist asked if she should focus anywhere particular, and I told her my neck and shoulders. I have pretty bad knots, and she spent most of the time kneading them. Parking was easy in the front but there’s also parking in the back.“

I had questions about what a good daily skincare regiment would be for me, and they had a bunch of suggestions based on my skin type. They also walked me through each process and exactly what it was doing. We did a cleanse, a really nice glycolic exfoliation, a gua sha massage, and ended with some LED light therapy.
