The best Pilates studio I’ve ever been to!! Every instructor here is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, warm and fun! I’ve loved the group classes I’ve taken with Cynthia and Carrin. I was also lucky enough to be the only person in a group class with Melissa so got an impromptu private, which was incredible. She gave such detailed instruction and provided guidance and corrections that completely changed the way I thought about movements that I’ve been doing (somewhat mindlessly) for years. If you’re looking for a thoughtful, personal Pilates studios, this is it!!
Great space, great instructors who have your personal body in consideration for your workout. Never rushed, willing to accommodate schedule. This studio is one of the best places that have been around for years!
Was visiting town for work and found whole body method, signed up for the new client special and had 3 amazing workouts that left me feeling much lighter in my posture, stronger balance and my neck pain was gone. The instructors were great and I thoroughly enjoyed the classes they led. I’m definitely planning to come back the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend!
