Before I left for vacation, I reached out to Optimus Plumbing because there was a problem with my boiler (it was leaking some water). Mr. Viorel came to check it out, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and worked to resolve it. He wasn't there for more than an hour. He was truly professional! Excellent service as usual. Arranged call out easily and they alerted me when he was half hour away. Plumber arrived on time, was friendly and helpful in determining the issue and how to rectify it. Got a new part which was lucky as it was a bank holiday, then installed it and tested it thoroughly before showing me the old part and explaining the cause.
