I own a mix of rugs collected from trips a Moroccan flatweave, a small silk Persian runner, and a larger Turkish wool rug. They handled each one like a separate project, explaining how Persian rug cleaning requires different care than Turkish rug cleaning or Moroccan rug cleaning. They picked up everything directly from my apartment and transported it to their facility with modern machines and drying systems. When the rugs came back about eight days later, they looked richer in color and had zero harsh smell, which matters a lot to me. This company genuinely knows how to respect quality materials.“
