“The carpet cleaner named Ernest arrived on time. He had already texted me that he was on his way and I appreciated the communication. He was very pleasant and set straight to work and moved some furniture out of the way. He was efficient and worked steadily. He gave me follow-up instructions and warned me things might be a little damp for the day and advised running the ceiling fan. He did a large (12 x 14) area rug and 2 upholstered chairs in maybe 2 hours. I felt the price from the company was a bit high but over quality and service was good.“
