They effectively diagnose and treat pets' issues, often finding solutions that others may overlook. The team offers clear and direct communication, providing options for treatment and sharing personal experience-based advice. The staff cares for the animals as if they were their very own, and their new facilities are amazing. Prices are also so much more reasonable than most other vets. These people are motivated by a love of animals and caring for them. The dedication to quality and accessibility in veterinary care is unmatched. The new facility is stunning as well.
I genuinely owe Dr. Loose so much! I adopted a senior pup and would go out from Manhattan to Bushwick for her to see him. Dr. Loose has always advocated for the best care possible at a reasonable price. She cares so much about our pets and puts so much thought into making visits comfortable and positive for pets. You can see that in all the details of the new clinic. My pup has now passed and Dr. Loose was so kind when I let her know. If my cat didn't hate the subway so much, I would take him all the way to Bushwick too! I would recommend Dr. Loose a thousand times over. You really could not find a better vet and person to trust with your pet's care.
