They sent a locksmith named George. He was prompt (half the estimated wait time), got me in, and just an all around very nice individual. Great price as well. No surprises.
The second time we called Randy. He installed our new electronic lock and tweaked it to fit our very old door. It looks great and feels very sturdy. Randy knows his way around doors, takes his time and is willing to go the extra mile. Would call back. Would recommend.
