I contacted the number because I needed to replace two old locks, and the person who answered the phone did so quickly and assured me that he would repair the locks that day even . I informed him about my two locks, and he was really helpful. Both locks function well, and he even checked the lock on my mail box to see if it needed to be replaced. overall excellent performance

I had Kings help me with my mailbox - a key was broken inside the lock or so I thought. George came by right when scheduled and told me that it was actually the pin that was malfunctioning. He replaced my lock quickly & efficiently. So kind & professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

Very kind and helpful. DOES NOT COPY KEYS. I called to get my keys copied and unfortunately he says he no longer does this. Still, without even asking he gave me suggestions of nearby hardware stores that do!
