I brought my dog Mochi here for the first time after having a bad experience with another groomer and they made sure my girl felt comfortable before even starting her groom. And everything came out AMAZING ! So of course I had to come and rave about the amazing customer service and the great grooming my pup got !

Took my 3 year old mini bernedoodle here for the first time yesterday because my old groomer closed. My dog is extremely shy so I was nervous for a new groomer. However, when I returned to pick her up, it was the least frantic she had ever been leaving a groomer. She seemed genuinely happy and calm. Her haircut was also immaculate and her teeth have less visible stains. I’m really happy to have found a new (and improved) groomer that my dog feels comfortable with. I highly recommend.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars for Flossy Paws. The owner is incredibly kind, engaging, and you can genuinely tell how much he loves what he does. That level of care really shows in the experience and the results. Highly recommend to anyone looking for someone who truly treats your pet like their own.
