“Where do I start? For starters, Kathy is SUCH A SWEETHEART. She is so positive, warm, and a pleasure to work with. Second, her studio is beautiful!! For something as unpleasant as a wax, her environment makes you feel comfortable immediately, a true reflection of who she is. Finally, this wax experience has been the most pleasant one ever. The wax she uses does not pull on the skin so while there is mild discomfort, its nothing like what I've felt with soft wax or other mediums. I had minimal swelling and no irritation.
Bottom line: Kathy is a true gem of an esthetician and I look forward to seeing her again. I have absolutely nothing negative to say, rather I am needing to contain myself to succinctly express all the positives there is to say!

(As I’ve experienced elsewhere) Great environment from the clean bathrooms to the nice interior design of the surrounding workspace. She always has a nice show/movie playing which helps to distract me. She will also play great music during sessions, it’s perfectly soothing. Giving me some much needed peaceful spa-like down time. “It’s one thing to be professional, but April wears so many hats that it’s a blessing! Not only can she educate you about waxing, she makes sure that you know about the before & after skin care. Let’s not forget that her space and I mean the entire shop is SANITIZED every SINGLE time. At this point, she got shares in cleaning products and Lysol because she doesn’t play! She also listens to your drama lol, cracks jokes with you, plays all the tunes and doesn’t play about her brand.
