“Although a little hard to find (go into the apartment building and ask the desk) this place is nothing short of amazing. Took a jacket in at 1:30pm and needed it tailored by the next morning. It was done later that night AND it was very reasonably priced for a same day alteration (sleeves and back).Very kind and great service. Will definitely be coming back!“

They are always very accommodating and speedy when I request for my laundry to be washed same-day, and my clothes are always returned clean and fresh. “Came on here to check the store hours, and noticed some 1 star reviews and felt the need to share my experience. I bought in a gown to be washed and steamed. After review, they felt they could wash it without issue but unfortunately the dress had beading sowed on in some areas and other areas were glued on. The glued on areas got removed and damaged during the cleaning process. The owner owned up to the mistake, recognizing that they didn't realize some areas were glued on. They then sent it out for professional cleaning and then the owner hand sowed every beading back on. The owner even gave me her personal cell to keep in touch as this took several weeks. I appreciated her honesty, communication and willingness to fix the issue. They are amazing to work with !!“

“The only cleaners I trust! They’ve properly cleaned dozens of my delicate and vintage items, including my 60+ year-old very delicate lace wedding dress. I bring in dress shirts, suits, and pants regularly for cleaning and pressing and they’re always returned in excellent condition and usually with a quick turnaround. I’ve also had coats, pants, suits, and shirts altered and hemmed here and they’ve always turned out perfect. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the prices are quite expensive, but I think all dry cleaners are very expensive these days.“

“Truly the best. I took my winter coat here to get some spilled candle wax removed; another cleaner had quoted $125 and estimated 3 weeks, but Martini did it for $45 and in less than a week. The kind man at the counter looked carefully at the damage, explained to me how the treatment would be done, and set my expectations about the risks (e.g. potential remaining marks). I got it back today and it looks absolutely flawless. I'm bringing everything here from now on!“
