Dr. Adam Nachmias - Nachmias Chiropractic

Dr. Adam is an amazing chiropractor. He is experienced and personable and takes great care of his patients. I came to his office with bad posture, neck pain and pain in my ankle. The spinal adjustments have helped my posture immensely, adding an entire inch to my height while neck stretches have helped my neck. He has a massage therapist on site who really knows his stuff and that fixed my ankle. Long story short, I came here with lots of problems and left with much fewer! Would recommend to anyone with a spine.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Nachmias for over a year and he does a wonderful adjustment that helped me with my daily life and when I work. I know through experience that whenever we’re busy in life we sometimes or most of the times forget to take care of ourselves and even say to ourselves that the pain is bearable and would go away with time, in which led to my unbearable back pain that one day made me unable to move, the slightest movement would hurt so bad. Now I’m worried free because I let Dr. Nachmias look after me and he lets me know when I been neglecting myself again and what I need to do to prevent that unbearable pain to ever come back. It’s good to always have someone looking after you. Thank you Dr. Nachmias for the wonderful adjustments.
