I've been taking my entire family to W Care Medical Center for all medical services. They have very professional staff and give you personal service.“

“I feel that I was not really helped. The test I took for strep thoat, didn't indicate anything sure. I waited for one hour. The staff is polite and pleasant. The doctor wants to answer one's questions. Since I have been there numerous times, I will say that the doctors on staff are not always knowledgeable about treatment or diagnosis. My grandson had a half deaf ear. They did not ask any questions that could have been key to pinpointing his problem. They told him to use a particular ear wax softener which made him fully deaf for three weeks. I took him to a regular nose and throat Doc. The doctor summized from questions and exam that fluid was trapped in his ear under inflamation and the wet drops he had put in his ear as directed by the doc at the urgent care just made it worse. As much as I find the urgent care convenient, clean, pleasant, and sometimes helpful , I wish they had better doctors.“

Cdme in introduced herself. Took vitals listened to my concerns sent for xray. .she diagnosedboth cincerns i had and perscribed meds. She even called me after some confusion with the pharmacy. .

“My wife injured her finger and this was one of the only urgent cares still open late at night, so we were just happy someone was available… but Dr. Yitzi ended up being one of the best physicians we’ve ever encountered, with an incredible bedside manner.

He quickly and effectively treated the injury and told us stories and jokes to help distract from the pain and worry. We both felt really comforted and cared for.

I’m writing this review a few months later and the injury has completely healed thanks to Dr. Yitzi’s care and treatment on the day it happened.“
