“We had a great experience with Constantine and his team. They removed a tree stump, cleared out layers of dirt and weeds, brought in topsoil, laid sod, and planted flowers in our backyard.

My biggest concern was that all of the materials had to be brought through our kitchen and living room to access the yard. I was worried about the mess, but the team was incredibly careful, clean, and respectful of our home. They were also very considerate of our newborn sleeping, and were extra quiet.. We are really happy with the results and will be using them for seasonal maintainece as well!“

“Pat & Ralph's Landscaping was used for new landscaping at our recently renovated home in Bay Ridge. They were given a blank slate to start with and created a lush space that we can enjoy throughout the year.Ralph was very responsive to our initial inquiry and performed a site visit in a short time to review the property and what we were looking for. A short time later, we were provided with a layout indicating their proposed plan for plantings, including species.After some tweaking, we moved forward with their proposal. Ralph oversaw the entire transformation of our front property, which included preparation of soil for plantings after construction, creating flower beds, laying sod and planting perennials and trees. The work was done neatly, in stages over the course of a few weeks and our property was left spotless after each visit.Pricing for all work was fair.The end result it a front yard that is welcoming to guests and makes our house feel like a home every time we return. The design Ralph created has a nice balance of plant types and heights and flowers throughout the spring and summer.Pat and Ralph have been maintaining this yard since it's installation and have been reliable and reasonable with costs on this. Ralph has also been easy to reach to get updates, including visits to review the health of each plant and to assess our watering levels (this is our first landscaped yard after years of apartment living and we are new to watering needs).We would not hesitate to recommend Pat and Ralph's services to others.“

Its perfect for any novice outdoor gardener who isn’t sure what plants can grow in NYC (zone 7b)- they have tons of perennials in the outside space, generally organized by light needs (it seemed like mostly part shade and full sun), and there was a section for herbs as well as an indoor space.“

We like to visit their lot to pick out our tree in person (just call ahead to check their hours). The staff is always super helpful and our tree gets delivered to our doorstep the next day.“

The prices were slightly below what I was expecting. The staff were knowledgeable. The selection is mostly outdoor plants including annuals, vegetables, trees, shrubs and perennials. They also have a few containers, indoor plants, fertilizer, and supplements.“
