Brought my cat in there after an emergency vet visit. The difference was night and day. They actually care about you and your animal. They take the time to discuss treatments and options. They were able to help get my cat Lazarus healthy and running around again. 100% recommend.
Really kind staff, my pets have seen several of their vets over the years and they have all been very helpful and always ensure they answer all my questions/address my concerns. When my cat passed away a couple of years ago (at an emergency vet, mind you, not even at their office) they found out and sent me a condolences card, I really appreciated the gesture. It's clear that the folks at Park Slope Veterinary Center care deeply about pets and know how special they are to us. <3
Park slope vet center has been taking care of my German shepherd dog and Bombay mix cat for several years. Hands down the best vet I've had in over 35 years of having fur babies. They do not upsell unnecessary treatments or diagnostics and you can tell every single person in that office loves their work. I recently moved north but still do the obnoxious drive to Brooklyn so that my guys are in their care. 100% recommend.
