Hired for our living room couch and area rug. We had tried to clean the couch ourselves previously which left shampoo stains in addition to the ones that were already there. The couch looks new, and our vintage wool rug has never looked more vibrant! Our cleaner was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quick. Highly recommend!
