I’ve been to different wax specialist at this location, and I have to say Noreen is the best! She makes it painless and ensures all the hair is off in the 15 minute session.

Ive rated the place 4/5 because often times they’ll switch the specialist without informing me. Also their offers to sign up for the wax pass is a little annoying, but I assume it’s their policy to do so.

My Wax Specialist is Nathalie at the Montague Street location in Brooklyn.
She’s AMAZING!!! She provides excellent customer service and waxing skills/techniques! She’s the BEST!

Wonderful experience here. I booked online and walked right over. The woman at the front desk was so helpful and friendly and Noreen was excellent. She suggested an additional treatment at a discounted price. I highly recommend this location and its outstanding team.
