“I came to Licorice Beauty because my original lash tech became unreliable. Once SELEMA touched my lashes, I knew she couldn't get rid of me :)! I love the environment of the shop. Super soothing, inviting, and relaxing. But what keeps me coming back (it's been almost a year now) is the fact that Selema is masterful at what she does and has been 1000% reliable, communicative, and she' s quick. She puts a lash on EACH lash, literally no lash left behind! But let me tell you something.. this woman recently did my lashes before I went on a 3 week trip to Africa and I kid you not, this is how they looked when I arrived back to NYC (bear in mind it was 4 weeks at the point of the picture) I had to text her and ask what the hell kind of magic she'd done because Africa is HOT and I did all things concerning water.. from salt water to chlorine, as well as lots of sweating! “I would like to begin by saying Mary is unmatched. She is an amazing massage therapist & has so much knowledge on everything about the body & teaches you as well. I was having issues with my shoulders and back, Mary literally released all of the tension. I had an immediate relief and more mobility after the massage. I brought my partner there as well because he has issues with his knees. He walked in with tightness and snapping knees, & walked out with no more snapping and so much more mobility.
