My experience with Mao at ORO was fantastic! She greeted me warmly and welcomed me into their beautiful salon. She was asked what I wanted before washing and cut my hair both wet and dry. She was super thorough and communicated the entire time, so there were no surprises. I love my layered cut and she perfected my short bangs!! I will be back for the next cut, thank you Mao!
