I am so grateful to have a wellness resource like The Fit here in Bed-Stuy. I was a gym rat for years, but burned and meh’d out on over-hyped trends and over-stylized studios full of folks with whom I don’t—heh—fit in. I’ve struggled for too long to connect with another fitness-anything. I can’t say enough thanks to The Fit for helping me feel healthy and determined again.

The Fit gifts me, multiple times a week, an inspirational visual medley of bodies that are strong and beautiful, a space of empowerment, and THE best workout playlists. (Is that Bed-Stuy playlist public on Spotify?)

Ife curates a squad of instructors that are aspirational and authentic kick-assers. I love them. I never regret going in even if I’m little sorer walking out.
