I am so so pleased with ACE. I called today ---a Sunday afternoon--- to see if someone could attend to a broken freeze. Great customer service on the phone --promising same day 2 hour window for a technician ---who came within the first 30 mins of the promised time. And Vlav was terrific. He got down to business and in less than an hour he sorted out the problem, for a very reasonable price, and my fridge and freezer (A 6 year old Blomberg) are working brilliantly again. fixed my fridge again and super knowledgeable and nice crew . really organized and had no issues solving the coolant issue now the fridge works! Super reliable service. I really recommend these guys to you if you’re sick of just throwing stuff out and buying new stuff and destroying the planet.
