As a competitive athlete, I don't want spa acupuncture or holistic fluff—I need high-yield, biomechanical results. Zvi Goldberg at Acu for Athletes is the absolute real deal. I came to him with an acute cervical strain and suboccipital spasm from padel and long-distance travel that was completely locking up my neck.
Zvi conducted a sharp anatomical evaluation and went straight to work using targeted electro-dry needling (motor point acupuncture with e-stim) on my suboccipitals and traps. I truly have no words to thank Dr Goldberg. I’m pregnant and suffering from SPD. He warned me during the consultation it wld likely take a few sessions to see change. I came in in pain and walked out walking pain free from the first session. I have been seeing him weekly since and he has been saving me quite literally. I have little ones at home and being bed bound is not an option. After starting the Accupuncture bed bound isn’t even a thought. I walk freely and comfortably pain free. This pregnancy has been so much easier on me physically thanks to him and I can’t thank him enough.

Highly highly recommended, so grateful he was recommended to me:)

Dr. Zvi cured my plantar fasciitis in just 5 or 6 sessions! And he’s helped me manage a pretty painful ankle injury while I train for another marathon. I truly wouldn’t be able to continue training if it wasn’t for him.
