I needed a quick replacement for my Mom’s AC. Charlie (co-owner of the store) took the time to walk me through both the models and service including all of the costs. He was able to get someone to install within a few days.
When the serviceman arrived and started the work, he realized that it was more complicated and time-consuming than originally planned.
