Absolutely wonderful lady at the front desk was so genuinely warm and welcoming that we immediately felt comfortable. The entire team was kind and caring, and when I became emotional during the visit, they were incredibly supportive and even managed to make me laugh.

When. My mom passed away and left her precious 2 1/2 yr old Peekapoo Bella alone I had to take her in. When I first took her to a vet clinic close by I first met Dr. Max Lotovsky. He was so gentle and compassionate with Bella who was a nervous girl. He was always honest and caring so when he started at his new clinic Ark Life it was a longer drive but still in Brooklyn. I followed him there because I trusted and liked his compassion for Bella. Dr. Maxim and his staff were always caring and comforting towards Bella and me. My frenchie developed IVDD. Dr. Max was awesome along with his staff and guided us thru the process. Thanks to him we took my doggy to the hospital in time and saved him from not being able to walk. Thank you Dr. Max.
