Uber professional, plus I was stuck in traffic and they waited. There technician was disciplined in his craft and dispatched his duties with a level of efficiency that can only be appreciated by another professional. Not all superheros wear capes some carry wrenches, thank you.
Outstanding customer service! This was a warranty job. Most companies will make you wait weeks for warranty service. Authorized Heating, came the next day! Rob, the serviceman was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Thank you!
Very easy to schedule an appointment. Technician showed up on time and fixed my issue. Fee was discussed before so there were no surprises. Very happy with the service I received.
