I had a new Raypak pool heater stop heating one week after installation. Raypak responded immediately and sent a repair order to Authorized Heating. They were in touch with me the next business morning, had a service person (David) to my house by 2:00 pm, same day, and heater was working. Further, a replacement had to be procured and installed to make the repair Final. This was done the very next day.
David was everything you’d expect from a service pro and then some.
