This was my first time at this yoga studio. Such a warm and friendly vibe - really had a nice experience. Took a class with Talia Stieger there - She’s an incredible instructor - You can feel her passion for yoga in the class and yet she is so personable and caring at the same time. Hope to be back soon!

Every single thing about this studio deserves 5 stars! It’s clean, friendly, comfortable, inclusive. The classes are fun and physically very intuitive. The environment is not intimidating, and the studio location is perfect, on a peaceful corner in Windsor Terrace with lots of light and trees outside and tons of fun plants inside. There’s always a fresh pitcher of iced tea (or pot of hot tea) to sip on while you get comfortable and ready for class.I didn’t think it before I started coming here, but it’s all these small details combined that really deepen my practice and make classes here the highlight of my week!

I love YogaSole. It's a warm welcoming studio that has classes for all needs and levels. So many amazing class instructors, times, and offerings. I have been looking for a studio in the neighborhood and am so happy to have found YogaSole!
