“I have taken 2 cats' there. When my 1st was sick and eventually had to be put down, Dr. Max and the staff were wonderful. Helping me figure out what was wrong and explaining things to me as far as maybe putting her down. They took my second cat no problem and were just as great with treating her. She has anxiety and a heart murmur and again Dr. Max was wonderful with her. When I was getting ready to move out of the state I asked a lot of questions about how to travel with her, medication, etc... They are a wonderful place and I recommend anyone take their pets there.

I am so grateful to have found heal veterinarians. The actual vet clinic is absolutely spotless and beautiful and everyone from the Front Desk to the Vet to the nurse was beyond helpful in understanding my puppies condition.

The doctor was the most knowledgeable doctor I have come across in New York City and she very carefully explained everything to me that was happening with my dog. She recommended many different options without pushing them on me and helped me understand the implications of each choice.
