I first went in with very processed, dark, RED dyed hair, wanting to go white! (NOT easy... it takes a lot of time, long spaced-out sessions, and a colorist who REALLY knows what they're doing...)
Matt knew exactly how to avoid all my hair breaking off and going bald, and made sure I knew what to expect. It would be a long slow process and many months of not having the hair I want before we would finally get there.
