Highly recommend. This is my go-to nail spot and I come back every month or so. I’ve recommended this salon to all my friends, who all love it as well. One woman even travels from the Bronx to Queens just for her nails! That’s how amazing Kawaii is.
I went to get extensions in and I am so happy that this is the salon I ended up choosing. The stylist was very nice and informative. She informed me of the process and pricing for certain things, she even informed me of more affordable options which I appreciated. I am in love with the hair. My own natural hair is pretty thick and so it is a challenge to find hair that can blend well. This hair blends in so well, that all of my relatives that haven't seen me in long time thought that I grew my hair out. Yes, it was a bit pricey, but in my opinion it was worth it. When swimming, I was worried that my natural hair would dry faster than the extensions causing the difference in my hair and the extensions to be visible, but that did not happen, both my hair and the extensions dried at the same pace. I also felt so much more confident and beautiful this summer, NOT saying that long hair is more beautiful, but for my facial structure, long hair is my best friend. To sum up my review, great staff, great service, great hair. I would totally recommend going here for some good extensions.

When I first decided to shave my head I lived down the street from this spot, I was really nervous about it but once I talked to my barber(Andrew?) I felt calm and confident in my decision. The reviews are correct - this is a great no frills affordable local spot. New to the area and after travelling a while I was desperate for a proper shampoo & cut. Stylist was attentive and very sweet. Added bonus for me - the store is filled with rodeo merch and fantastic boots. I've been going to Kika for about 2 years now and I am so grateful I found them! Before that, I spent two years trying to find a good hair salon after moving to NYC in 2019, and there was a lot of disappointment. I've gone to both Ana and Leah, and they are both great. And everyone at the salon is so personable - they really get to know you and your hair.I get a Brazilian Blowout done about every three months, which is a precise and time-consuming process. Any other place I tried in NYC before finding Kika would have me out in an hour and a half and the quality never compared to what I get at Kika. I had two wonderful hairstylists in the last two places I lived and I missed them terribly when I first moved to NYC. I knew how the treatment was supposed to look on my hair, and every place I tried here would rush it and skip steps. I think I nearly cried the first time I walked out of Kika because I knew I had found the right home for my hair in NYC. I can't recommend them enough.Services: Haircut

I drove all the way from Brooklyn to give the place a try on the word of a good friend Sal; FYI, his eyebrows always look perfect so I asked him where he goes & with no hesitation i went & got em done !!! Sal told me he uses any one of the ladies and he's always satisfied with the outcome ...... I use to use a place on Crossbay Blvd. Howard Beach been in business for over 35 yrs and still going but the original owners Mom who was the best passed away and then shop was sold to a cousin; gave then a try and I never went back been doing my own for over 8 yrs or so but not no more !!! Very polite & friendly ladies over here & the shop is very clean and their prices are very reasonable !!!$ 6. Bucks for Eyebrows !!! Definitely will be my steady eyebrow shop going forward & I highly recommend them !!!Tip; metered parking always try 32 street 1st, it's a dead end block found parking fast !!!Thanks, Greg D.

Classes are Iyengar inspired but not limited to any one yoga approach. Alicia has a particularly acute understanding of physiology and a dedication to imparting to her students, a yoga practice that will serve them throughout their lives.
Form and flow was the first yoga studio I ever made the full commitment of joining, I had popped in to a few classes in other studios throughout the years but always fell back on online/YouTube classes. After my first class here though I was hooked, there’s many different teachers and a medley of different classes that suit different needs or moods.I truly recommend this studio to anyone interested in yoga whether they’re a beginner or an expert, I don’t think they will steer you wrong!
