Moved to Queens in September from New Jersey, and one of the hardest things was finding a barber I could really trust. I was actually driving back to Jersey just to get my haircut because I couldn’t find the right spot out here. I tried multiple barbershops — either I hated the cut or it was just okay.
Then I did my research on Icons Barbershop and came across Isaac. I kept seeing amazing reviews, especially about his fading skills, so I decided to take a chance. From the moment I walked in, everyone was super welcoming — I was honestly thinking, “Why is everyone so nice?” haha.

Eva took care of me, and she was amazing! She was meticulous, detail-oriented, and did a beautiful job on both my manicure and pedicure. The gel manicure turned out exactly how I envisioned, and my nails look flawless.
The foot and leg massage was so relaxing, and the chair/back massage was an added bonus that made the experience even better. The prices are also very reasonable for the excellent quality of service.

I'm very loyal to my usual nail salon, but I desperately needed a powder manicure and decided to try WellShow Nails on 11/18 -- and I'm so glad I did! I was greeted right away, accommodated as a walk-in, and genuinely felt taken care of from start to finish. The salon is cute, spacious, and beautifully decorated with tons of color options. The gentleman at the front even helped start my powder removal while I waited for my technician, which I really appreciated. I also loved the thoughtful touches -- the little silicone stylus so you can use your phone while your nails are soaking, the iPhone stand, and the lotion/scrub treatment at the end because my hands were so dry. My technician was patient, checked in with me throughout, and made sure the color and finish were exactly what I wanted. Two weeks later, my nails are still holding up beautifully, and I especially appreciate that the powder isn't thick -- it looks like my real nails. Even at checkout, the person at the front was kind and helpful, and I appreciated the flexible payment options. The only thing missing is a loyalty program or punch card for return customers -- I'd sign up in a heartbeat!
Super happy with my medi and pedi from here! They were having a promo for a gel mani and regular pedi for $73. My nail artist Linda was super attentive and kept checking that I was okay with the length and the shape of my French tip. I appreciated how she’d paint and cure my nails 2 nails at a time to avoid any mishaps and get each shape right. This is also a rare spot that includes exfoliation and a light massage in their pedicure (very much appreciated!). They do charge less if you pay in cash but do accept credit card :)

Adonia the person I talked to when I called to schedule everything was so delightful that I actually think it improved my day. When the rug was returned, I could immediately tell it had been cleaned properly. The fibers felt softer and the whole rug looked more balanced. It honestly made the room feel better overall.

Noticed my cat limping around 7:30 on a Friday night. My regular vet was closed and the emergency vet wait was 3 hours long. I called this office and they told me they could get me right in. I had the best experience with this school! Jose was the most kind, patient, and knowledgable instructor. The new 2024 Prius was a dream- it has all the features to make a new driver feel confident behind the wheel. All my driving anxieties vanished within the first few lessons, all thanks to Jose. Got my license on my first attempt, just in time for my new job. Communicating via email can have some delays, but once I got a hold of the instructor and team, everything was consistent and great. Thank you immensely!!!
I took the manual transmission/stick shift driving class and learned so much! Oz was patient, explained the concepts well, and helped me go from zero experience with driving manual cars to feeling confident enough to hop in any stick shift car and be able to drive safely.
