“The entire experience is really well crafted. Your session starts with an explanation of the experience along with a menu of a pre-float tea, sound options and post float drink choice. The rooms themselves are large and include a shower for pre and post float. Everything feels very clean yet not overly sterile and really relaxing. The float itself was a very relaxing and centering experience. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Kristina is THE BEST!!!From start to absolute finish - this has been such an amazing experience and I cannot recommend enough the Brooklyn Heights location! I had questions before booking my appointment to make sure there was no 'fine print' given I couldn't believe the set price - I called and spoke to a lovely person who assured me that there was no mistake and so I thought, let me have the consultation in person to make sure this place was the right fit for me.Some background - I am 50+ and have had Botox for over 15 years done by dermatologists (the who's who of the UES - you know the names) spending a small fortune but knowing I would walk out of their office completely frozen if this were my wish.I arrived at the clean, inviting and friendly waiting area where I did not have to wait more than 30 seconds before I was taken to have photos taken and then it was only another minute later I was introduced to Kristina who was extremely friendly and was a great listener which you do not always get in these types of consultations. She explained the process and asked about my Botox history and any issues or concerns and together we created a plan for that visit and reminded me that the free touch-up would be there in case I was not satisfied with the amount of product I received.I was very comfortable going ahead at that moment and within 2.5 weeks when I came back for that touch-up appointment, I felt we were 95% there as I only needed a very small amount extra and it has now been one week since then and I am 10000000% satisfied with the results. For Kristina to get it perfect the very first time as a new client is not just a testament to her amazing injecting skills but again her listening skills which is critical with this type of beauty product. Could not recommend her more!“

I’ve started seeing a functional medicine doctor in NYC who recommended I see her own personal cosmetologist - Natalya at Skin Silk. I’ve been seeing Natalya for facials and laser treatment for over a month now and my experience with her has been wonderful. She is an excellent cosmetologist and a very caring person.In addition to facials and laser treatment, she has also provided me products specifically for my skin and instructions on how to properly clean my face every morning and night. She also checks in on me every day to ensure that I am following the steps properly and to adjust my facial cleansing routine depending on how my skin responds to certain products and/or lifestyle changes.I’ve never worked with a cosmetologist (or even a dermatologist for that matter) who has been more thorough and effective at improving my skin and educating me on how to properly care for my skin on my own. My skin has already started showing major improvements compared to before I started seeing her, and I credit that to her level of care and attention to my individual skin needs. I’m very happy with the results I’ve seen so far and will continue to see her in the future.Highly recommend!“

“This was one of my favorite spa experiences. I usually am very skeptical of getting facials done at spas but this place uses the highest quality products. I left feeling so relaxed and my lady was super nice and helpful the entire time. She was able to guide me through each step of my facial and what each thing was for. I struggle with acne and dryness sometimes so this was very much needed. I will be back soon and even opened a package plan because I know I will be back very often!
