Elena is a very classy and professional woman, and she made the entire appointment feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My main focus was extractions, and she handled them very carefully while making sure the process was as gentle and pleasant as possible.

Overall the experience was extremely nice, and I left feeling very happy with the treatment. Elena will recommend what she believes could be good for your skin in the future, but she definitely does not push any treatments onto you, which I really appreciated.
