“Brought a 2020 macbook pro for a logic board repair. Friendly staff, excellent communications and documentation, fair pricing. It took a few weeks to resolve the issue so I def had to be patient but I was also not in a rush. They went out of their way to fix a couple of extra things to make sure the machine would give me a few more years of use that were not part of the estimate (fan, usbc ports, missing cover). Overall very pleased and would recommend/ go back again!“

“TLDR; These guys are great at what they do.

I brought in a Surface Pro 7 that had poor battery life. I came in for it to get replaced and the man was very kind and welcoming. He helped me order the battery and he replaced the battery in a timely manner. The Surface Pro 7 is a very difficult device to work with. After he fixed the Surface, I brought in two Samsung Galaxy S9+ to also get the batteries replaced. He ordered them and when they came, he fixed them on the same day within about an hour.
