I love this studio. The teachers are knowledgeable and put a lot of intention and care into their classes. The sequencing and pace of the classes are consistently well-calibrated. Some teachers offer hands on adjustments which I really appreciate. Highly recommended!
I’m currently doing the YTT 200 hours. This studio is absolutely amazing. I travel 30 mins there and 30 back to the training just to go here. So glad I invested. ❤
Lovely space! I prefer hot yoga but in the summer months it’s too much, this is a great way to get a gentle, grounding, but still firm workout. Big plus it’s two blocks from my apartment. Fabulous vibes.
