The instructors take their time to ensure each child understands and grows at their own pace, while still maintaining structure and respect. He shows them how important focus is, all the while still providing a playful atmosphere that keeps young kids engaged. From our personal past experience with different schools, my son was not at all interested in the martial arts, but from day 1 here- he has become quickly obsessed. I am so thankful to have found it, its truly a little Brooklyn gem.“

4202 Avenue U, Brooklyn“I trained back in March of this year in the Brooklyn HQ dojo and I just went back to train again September, last week..I have personally seen the results of the entire NY team doing Professor David's 90 day challenge. I was astonished by their results. I also was able to have my first private lesson with the Professor, which I highly recommend. The information he gave me was priceless. It was great seeing the Shihan's, amazing leadership, and the entire team again. I look forward to my next visit always. Osu!“

“It's one of the best gyms I have ever been.I can easily say that's the number one gym.Great coaches(one of the coaches is Turan) and great team. They have two groups over there.First to kids(7-14 y.o),second to adults (15-20y.o).Even that gym size is not so big then others gym,but I can't change that gym to another gym because of the great team and coaches to the bigger gym.HERE NO MARCY, YOU CAN BE NEXT CHAMP IN K1 OR NOBODY IN OTHER GYMS.“

I work out with my trainer Arjang Jameh there who has been a fantastic teacher - not only have I learnt so much about fitness and exercises + corrective movement from him, but also had great fitness results under his tutelage!“
