Good doctors, but impossible to get ahold of anybody by phone. First on hold for 25 minutes then disconnected, then left two voicemails over next hour but received no callbacks, then they closed for the day.

I trust every single staff member at this practice. I’ve been here 5-6 times in the past year and have never had a bad experience. Any questions/concerns/problems, they’ll have a solution. Some might say their prices are high and maybe that’s true but just let the vet know your budget and they’ll make something work. I’ve been directed to order numerous meds on chewy instead of thru them since it’s cheaper and I don’t even ask, they automatically give me that option. I know my sweet kitty is in good hands each time. Highly recommend

I have been taking my Chihuahua to Pure Pets for five years. My dog is a rescue and pure paws made him feel at ease, since the first day I started taking him and that makes me feel at ease, as a pet parent 🐾
