Came to the blonde co for a big color correction - my goal was to lighten black box dye which is notoriously difficult to do well. I was also growing out a bad DIY haircut and was a little embarrassed to have to bring the aftermath of it all into a professional salon to get fixed. First of all, Natalie was so gracious and instantly put me at ease about my hair. This was my first time working with natalie. I hadn't shown my hair a lot of love for about 1.5 years and she brought it back to life! She asked all of the right questions during the assessment and really helped me pin down exactly what I was looking to do (without talking me into something else - which has happened in the past elsewhere!). My cut is perfection and the color is better than I had hoped for - thanks for taking care of my hair, natalie! (and mickey too)

Natalie is great! Very informative, kind, knowledgeable and upfront. She started with an overall assessment of my hair which I’ve never had done before. She explained the proper steps to get to where I’d want to be in a healthy manner. Along with discussing regimen with me for post hair appointment. All around was worth every penny. Her assistant Mickey was honestly the best around town too! He loves to check in and make sure you are getting enough care during your treatment.
