Zach is a life saver!! I live in kips bay. The building sent over a plumber who destroyed my tiles as you can see. I was furious. I went down to the Residental manager and asked him is there anyone that can repair damages. Thank God! Zach was working is a unit above. I went up to unit where he was working expecting to run into your typical contractor. Zach was extremely kind, helpful and explained the whole process. Zach sent down one of his guys within a few hours everything was like new as you can see in the before and after photos. The only person I will ever allow to work in my unit is Zach.
