I had an appointment with Dell, and I can honestly say that I was more than impressed with the experience. He took my ideas and brought them to life while also helping me refine and enhance the design throughout the process. His attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism really stood out.
The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of work I received, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. I’m extremely happy with how everything came together and would definitely recommend Dell to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

I was initially hesitant about getting a new tattoo, however, Mandela reassured me. He was professional and thorough with helping me create the vision behind my most recent tattoo. This tattoo is the largest piece that I currently have and it came out flawless. I would definitely recommend Mandela to anyone who is looking to get their first or next tattoo.
