Focused, attentive and fun is what this Lumen offers.In addition to group classes, they also offer a mix of privates and semi-private classes.If you are newer to Pilates, a few privates is a great way to get a better feel for the practice (and equipment).You’ll also find that while many might consider it a great core builder for women - it’s a great workout for men as well.
