Working with TJ is always a positive experience. He listens and works ha d to make the adjustments that were needed to reduce my neck pain. I was given exercises to help give me more flexibility and build strength. With support from the excellent staff, I was able to practice them so I could do them at home! . I always come back here when I have different problems and get the help/advice that I need.
I had a really good experience with Health Motions everyone there made me feel good about my progress and were very helpful in getting me get one foot in front of the other and I appreciate them and recommend them
If you have pain Health Motion is the place to go. They will even diagnose you for free so I have no excuse when something is hurting. I have gone to them for multiple injuries over the last 15 years and I always come out good as new. They are very professional and make physical therapy an enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
