Smallegan Real Estate - Keller Williams
“After 35 years in our home, work change, it was time to relocate closer to work and church. I contacted Jacob regarding a house on the market in the area we were looking relocate too. In less than 24 hours we had made an offer, had it accepted! We were thrilled. For it had been a 4-year search. Having had many offers out bid by others searching for their new home. Jacob did an excellent job negotiating for us, keeping us abreast of any changes that came up.”
