I reached out on social media last evening about what I thought was a swarm of wasps, and the owner responded first thing this morning offering to stop by and help identify them. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, honest, and kind throughout the entire interaction.
He later identified them as bumblebees and not only explained extermination options, but also shared information about local beekeepers who offer free removal services when possible. At no point did he try to upsell me or pressure me into a service. What started as help identifying the insects turned into a free consultation, honest guidance on how to handle the situation, and a very fairly priced service option if needed.
When he arrived, he noticed the swarm had mostly moved on and only a few stragglers remained. Instead of charging me, he simply offered reassuring advice, a smile, and left me feeling completely taken care of. I’m so grateful for his integrity and willingness to help. I was referred to Superior Pest Control by the property owners so I called and requested service. They were there just a day or two later and the problem was eradicated immediately.
