Fantastic customer-centric service. Came in for Walk-in Wednesday a few minutes after they opened — waited about an hour to discuss my idea with Brayden, who was so transparent and friendly and wonderful. After sitting with my concept for a bit, he decided he wasn’t confident in the execution and asked if I wanted to wait for David to finish his current piece, because he had thought he could work with it. Waited 15 minutes for David, who after apologizing for the wait (way shorter than I expected for walk-in) took my concept and ran with it. I cannot say enough positive things about this staff and shop. I have had work done here by 5 artists and each one does a great job making a comfortable, welcoming, collaborative environment for customers while delivering quality tattoos. You guys all do fantastic work! My husband and I will keep returning for more work !
