“A few weeks ago I got a lash lift with Ava (I believe) and it was my FIRST time getting a lash lift, so as someone who has anxiety I started to panic because what is this feeling of my eyes being closed for this long 😭 anyways she was such a sweetheart through it, she literally talked me down and distracted me from my panic! Literally this place deserves more than five stars and not even for the lash lift (which was amazing btw) but for the quality customer service and just the overall ambiance of the place.”
